Charleston Style Bloody Mary Recipe - from a friend at work.
Awesome Dessert Style Pina Coladas - from a friend in the military.
Apple Pie - I originally heard about this one on the Dave Moody show on the Sirius NASCAR Channel. There are lots of variations out there, but I like this one best, so far.

Awesome Dessert Style Pina Coladas
Rum
Canned Chopped Pineapples
Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ice
Water
In a standard blender, add about a half cup of the Coco Lopez, about a half cup of the pineapple, 3 cups of ice cream (to fill about 2/3 of the blender), about a cup of ice and cup or so of Rum. Start blending. The best ones come out without adding water, but sometimes you need to thin it out to get it to blend. I try to add pineapple juice first, but some water may be needed. When fully blended, the Pina Colada should pour like a shake. Pour in a glass, add a little oriental umbrella for fun.

1/2 Gallon Apple Cider
1 Gallon Apple Juice
6 Sticks Cinnamon
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Liter Everclear, Corn Whiskey or moonshine if you can find some.
Mix all of the ingredients, except the liquor, in a big pot. Bring to a boil, then cool. When the mixture is cool, mix in liquor, bottle and refrigerate. Great over ice cream.
